In the World of Tanks folder. python.log and the Aslains_Logs.zip file. If the zip isn't there, then you should have Aslains_Installer_Options.inf and Aslains_Installer_CompList.log

You said you disabled anti-virus, but that might mean Windows Defender took over instead, and could be causing it - it's been known to cause havoc before

Pretty sure that particular look doesn't exist anymore. It's the old Team HP Pool, now called Battle Observer. The closest you'll get is the Battle Observer hp bar style normal, I think. (Since the link you provide, links onwards to Battle Observer)

Nope, not when it comes to the installer translations Aslain releases the English file, translators translate, and upload the file, and Aslain includes it in the next installer update

The ones from the translation thread? Those are added by Aslain with every update. You select the language when you start the installer.

Best thing I can tell you is: Open the settings menu, and play around with it

Nothing unusual in those 3 lines, I get the same. With minor time difference, in the "takes too much time" part. Battle Observer added that "mod shutting down" message some time ago, not sure why.. it's pointless to have such a message, hehe.

The easiest option is to use this: And share your "Aslains_Installer_Options.inf" file Alternatively, if you want to print it out.. then look at the Aslains_Installer_CompList.log file Both are located in your World of Tanks folder.

In the latest logs you uploaded, you didn't have any contour icons selected. Which is why you're just seeing the grey tank instead of something else. In this section (selected options in the screenshot, is what matches the screenshot/preview of the panels, in your post):

Not sure really.. I think it's texture files that needs to be edited, to change the colors... Try downloading a tracer mod, and looking at the files it uses... that's about all the advice I can give
