You're not supposed to try that.. it's the option you're using right now. You're clean installing WITHOUT XVM... that's obviously why XVM isn't working for the carousel info. Clean install (clean up res_mods folder - RECOMMENDED!) < use THAT option, and not the one below it, which removes XVM, as it says hehe

Okay so you didn't read my previous post.. Don't use that, if you want XVM features..

The latest installer is 117 MB, roughly. It's never much bigger than that.. maybe up to 130 MB, depending on how many included mods there are. But check my prevous post, edited it with your "problem".

Wait what... the XVM file is 173 MB?... Which XVM file is that? The entire XVM zip file from their website is a tenth of that size, about 17 MB.. if not less. And in best Mythbusters fashion: "Well there's your problem!" Clean install without XVM (experimental) <<<<<<<

It's some silly issue with XVM, if you go to their website and turn off "contacts/comments/groups", it'll load instantly again I think

Do you have the same issue if you launch WoT in safe mode? If you do - then it's something else than mods (obviously) causing it Did you update to latest graphicscard drivers? 9.15 has some big changes on that front.

It's probably not updated, and thus broken for current version, so Aslain removed it. If you have a link to a working one, then Aslain will get it in

Battle loading is the loading screen, before you get into the battle to watch the 30 second countdown. I think you're mistaken the two? If you want to watch something else while the 30 seconds counts down, you'll need to select it while waiting, I think... not 100% sure on that. And after the battle starts for real, it'll switch back to the previous selection... again, not 100% sure.

Hehe, yeah, I don't think it was part of the patch notes... the zoom options were, but not the no scroll I think.

Even if they have started a rally against cheatmods... they (only WG EU) still fail to produce a mod list.... All the other servers have one. If they cannot manage such a simple step..... well.... WG EU has always just said "use your own judgement, blah blah yadda yadda" instead of giving a list, like the other servers have. WG EU has been proven to ban people for using mods that all the other servers have deemed legal. WG EU does what WG EU wants.

Go to modxvm.com, log in, go to settings, and turn off XMQP and probably contacts/comments/groups too.

Enemy circle and "unber"... what the hell is unber? The enemy circle is this: <SWF_FILE_NAME_ENEMIES>Ext_Marker_blue.swf</SWF_FILE_NAME_ENEMIES> (you can see the other color options by going into: res_mods\0.9.15\scripts\client\gui\mods\ZJ_Mods\flash\ and adjusting the file name in the above line, or other lines, accordingly) As for the position: Don't think you can change that, when using the flash/OTM circle marker... only if you're using the text display instead. (Which is probably the lines you've been messing with)

Correct. The game is showing exactly as the selections in the installer. Start mode is set to large, and it's showing the large one. Change it to something else, if you want it to start as medium, for example And further down the list, you'll find the various options for the short, meduim, medium 2 and large playerpanels

The line with the checkmark is about secondary conditions for the missions I think... And the second line is about the font size Third is the headline / title font size

Pretty much, yeah... As long as one doesn't share screenshots showing it, videos on YouTube, or stream it, they might not be able to tell at all. And if they can tell - well - I'd like to see them explain banning people, for using illegal mod, but being unable to tell exactly which one, since they don't have a list (like RU does, NA does, ASIA does.. all the other servers have a list... just not silly EU ) (Og hejsa, hehe)

The same can be said for all the others listed as "might be illegal" and what not.. We just don't know for the EU servers

WG EU decided to ban the #1 streamer from Poland, probably others too? WG EU can do what they feel like, honestly, since they don't have an actual mod list.. and they don't give a BLEEEP about the other servers list. Most other servers allow it with certain settings. WG EU doesn't allow it at all, apparently. However.... they can only tell on screenshots, or video (if you stream, and get reported by your viewers)

No - pointless. It's part of World of Tanks itself now. Look in the Settings. General tab. Right side.
