  1. It took me like 3 tries to get the hitskin mod to completely download using the modpack, luckily I haven't had to go the other route just yet for that
  2. Question then........ Are the mods stored directly on the DLC server or are they transferred from another source to the DLC server while installing the mods using the modpack?
  3. Oh I understand, but still in my case is was a deliberate teamkill, not an accident! I would perhaps understand if it was a case where I was still around a group of enemies or just drove right into the line of fire but this guy purposefully did it cause I wasn't doing what he wanted or would have liked me to do and was so confirmed when I confronted him about it. He admitted to doing it on purpose and I happened to catch the conversation while recording on my game DVR and submitted it to wargaming in a ticket, they were quick to respond with "we will investigate and take the appropriate action against this player for violating the rules." And then later got another message from them saying they have taken action against the player but because of their privacy policy they could not tell me what it was they did to punish him for his actions. When saying that I think wargaming should do a little more to prevent something like this from happening it was aimed more towards them implementing the mod that stops you from shooting at allies into the game itself like they have done so with the smoke screen mod in world of warships...... a mod that is no longer needed to be downloaded separately because it is incorporated into the game itself now. That would take the pain out of having to deal with teammates teamkilling you just because they are being pricks and obviously don't care about sportsmanlike conduct.....
  4. Agreed there is a lot of people having the problem but it shouldn't have to be something we all have to do (download all the mods separately). Sounds like there may be a problem with the DLC server and that the admin of the server should be looking into to see what may be causing the problem,,,,,, 1 or 2 people here or there isn't anything but a little hiccup but when that number climbs to more than that I personally would be looking into the server itself to see what issues there may be , not saying it's 100% the server's fault but it would be a great starting point with a problem like this...
  5. it seems to be just random mods that are on the DLC server as I have had this problem quite a few times over a period of months. The recent modpack I had to re-download all my DLC files several times before getting a good enough connection to the DLC server to get the complete files and I know for certain it wasn't my connection that was having the problem...... Maybe perhaps it's the DLC server that is having the problem and the admin of that server needs to investigate?
  6. Same here, have accidentally killed an ally with splash damage 1 time and after that I've been extra careful. The case in which I was killed by an ally I was not around any enemy, I was in my IS-6 and just got done facing a group and was trying to find some cover to lick my wounds and regroup when I was hit, would be nice if wargaming did more to prevent something like that from happening...
  7. This wasn't a case of friendly spash damage, it was a blatent teamkill
  8. Bad thing is when you are already low health and you are just trying to survive and you get hit by an friendly SPG shell instakilling you and there is no repercussions like tk status or even a ban.... Good thing is I just opened a ticket and let wargaming deal with it from there
  9. Happens to people on the US server as well but not a lot
  10. It has only been showing that one for a while now, think it has something to do with the length of the loading screen and the new login screen used by the WoT client
  11. @arniGX Clan Icons are there. just being blocked by the HP bars.... And is the python log too large even after putting in a zip folder?
  12. Try using Damage log GambitER (integrated config by XFT) It works perfectly for me both dealt and received, see if it works for you
  13. hidetada the DLC server is down and there is no known eta on when it will be back up and it will be announced I'm sure when it is back up again
  14. I couldn't agree more Aslain! That was the biggest flop ever created in my eyes! Maybe with the advancement in technology they can make a better Gremlins movie and it be just as kick ass as the original!
  15. I use McAfee and have no issues and also don't have issues with windows defender
  16. Yeah that was way back in our day lol, these kids today have no clue!
  17. Epic Even more epic Just can't stop laughing now
  18. As I've stated before I don't have any problem with it myself, I'm not sure why it's any different for me than for anyone else. Takes no more than a second or 2 for the modpack installer to pop up even with windows defender active on my computer. But I thought I would help with showing people how to disable windows defender if they need to to make it work for them.
  19. Alendo it's caused from windows defender. If you disable windows defender while dealing with the modpack it will speed up the process
  20. Could be a problem with your graphics card then.... Just a thought, I know mine isn't the best but it is aging and will hopefully be replaced here soon, but then again if it is a problem with the game itself then maybe a clean installation might be in order,,,,
  21. Thing is not many people have posted the logs as they should only a couple of us has with the exception of my python log which for some reason I am limited on how much I can attach and right now that is sitting at 0.37 mb and my python log even in a zip folder is 0.45mb which means I cannot attach it at all. I run all my settings at max and have only run into this problem on 1 map 1 time but I believe somewhere I read that someone had run theirs in safe mode and the problem went away so it was in my mind related to a mod problem not the game itself. I could be very wrong but we won't fully know that until everyone who has reported this problem attaches their logs and I would love to attach my python log if I had a way. I would like to be able to help figure this out in some way.
