Hi! Is there any chance that this mod by Hawg could come into Aslain's modpack? It is, tehnically, an archive with different mods containing presets of minimap tactics, but shouldn't that be a problem, right?

XVM doesn't have anything to do with in-game zoom, PMOD is most likely to be the cause since it alters the zoom mechanics. Did you check if you deleted all the poliroid mods?

Nowadays antiviruses check for comportment instead for checking if the files are infected. It is not worth it making sure the installer can be recognized by antiviruses, imo if it does what it does and it comes from Aslain, it's enough for me.

Never, the launcher won't even start the game, it doesn't have to verify if you want to update the game or not, it promptly checks the servers upon launcher start if an update is available, if you do indeed start an instance of WoT client, then you won't be able to connect to the servers. Your idea is as impractical as it sounds.

Go to your av site and report. Try other browsers or other av, I don't have this problem with avast. Maybe try incognito.

PMOD was freezing my game in later versions of the modpack and it's hangar altering settings were off, soo...

Try without poliroid.modslistapi_1.3.1.wotmod and poliroid.pmod_1.47.0.wotmod installed. Are you sure you have the latest modpack update? For me it's fixed since verion #5. If not, delete the mods and wait for next versions.

The latest update worked for me, if you have it too, try removing pmod, if not unistall the modpack.

Try without poliroid.modslistapi_1.3.1.wotmod and poliroid.pmod_1.47.0.wotmod installed. If your game freezes you have some options: either you create a .bat file with this command ”taskkill /f /im worldoftanks.exe” and create a shortcut for it and then set a combination key for the shortcut [because, at least for me, I cannot open an app with combination keys] (for me this works), either try singing out of the pc (again, this works for me).

Sadly the 32bit client doesn't solve this. And I can say definetly the problem is pmod.

Hey @Aslain After some more testing with the new version, the cause seems still to be the poliroid's mods, maybe them in combination, maybe one of them. Currently I played with the new version and the problem persisted as long as the poliroid's mods were installed, without them the game runs smoothly. I will reach the author somehow and maybe we can have a fix. Edit: it is indeed the pmod.

I was in a battle and I observed I completed a mission form a campaign, one that pops up a window and quess what happened after... my game freezed again I think you are right. @Aslain, I think missions are related to this, especially the ones form campaigns, what do you think? If missions are really the cause, then I guess I have to do again a set of tests

Then play WoT in safe mode 'till you applied all your bonuses and then start testing with mods. As LordMatrix said, try removing those from mods folder: "poliroid.modslistapi_1.3.1.wotmod" and "poliroid.pmod_1.47.0.wotmod"
