Where are my French BBs?

Aslain 7.2 and 7.2.03 will not allow the French BBs to display in the Tech Tree. When I remove the mods the BBs appear.

French Battleships showing fine here. Both with modpack and in safe mode.

I had the same issue and it was resolved for me by removing the region changer mod.

i can confirm this.
if you install the region change,the game somehow access still the old game version, with missing french bbs and the missouri still available for 750.000 free xp.
personally i was quite happy about the glitch, thinking i still can get my missouri before it gets fixed.
but dont get your hopes up, it wont let you buy it
