v7.5.1 #01 does not install Match Making Monitor

Hi, updated the mod pack today as MM monitor wasn't working since 0.7.5.1, now it doesn't run at all, comes up with error about the .exe being missing. Tried to point windows to the correct file but can't seem to find the .exe anywhere throughout my game files, mod files, or any other folder in the hard drive.

The installer does not create the folder '...\World_of_Warships\WoWReplaysMatchMakingMonitor'

Fixed, reinstall the modpack with clean DL cache folder
