Tech Tree Horizontal Sweden bug

I have found a bug in the Compact Techtree Horizontal; in the Swedish branch the premium Strv S1 appears just over the Emil I instead of appearing lower or higher and outside the tree.

Yup, minor issue inside sweden-tree.xml but super easy to fix, changing row 6>7.
