Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 Hello, during the battle many time I need to look to my tank, but I can't see him, it's possible to make only my tank more visible please? Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 \res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain\battle.xc Line 13: // false - disable highlighting of own vehicle icon and squad. Line 15: "highlightVehicleIcon": false, You can change line 15 to true, and it would maybe do what you want? Quote
Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Author Posted November 10, 2019 Thank you, I've tried but no positive result pls? Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 It made my contour icon orange-ish compared to everyone else. Just tried it myself in replay. Not really sure why you need to look at yourself in the playerpanel Quote
Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Author Posted November 10, 2019 (edited) To be sure have made a kill? Or there is a better solution in Aslain for seeing this pls? Edited November 10, 2019 by Tankdriver Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 It's not that often there's more than one of the same tank, so should be easy enough to find yourself. You can also see kills in various hitlogs. Not sure what else you can do, if you see no difference when changing that setting. I saw the difference. Maybe use a selection where you can see name, instead of only seeing tank+contour if you can't find yourself. Quote
Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Author Posted November 10, 2019 Thank you, here my settings about this pls. Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 ??? I don't understand. None of those are related to anything I posted. I'm confused. Quote
Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Author Posted November 10, 2019 I'm really sorry to confuse you, I thought the amount of transparency have to do with it, maybe it's better to leave it as it is now. I'm very happy with Aslain and will stop with this topic pls. :) Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 The transparency is only the background - and shouldn't affect the highlight at all. I don't know why you didn't get the highlight on the contour icon when you changed that setting. Quote
Tankdriver Posted November 10, 2019 Author Posted November 10, 2019 Thanks for helping me, now set transparency on 60%, looks better now. Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted November 10, 2019 Moderator Posted November 10, 2019 I don't think I did much at all to help, this is all on yourself, so good job! Glad you've made it better! 1 Quote
