84Doc04 Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Is there a file I can copy from my old computer that will pull my configuration over for the modpack? So I don't have to spend an hour going through the whole list recreating my setup? Quote

KeyBall Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 Personally I'd export the following registry key and then restore it: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Aslains_WoT_Modpack_Installer_is1 Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted July 4, 2020 Moderator Posted July 4, 2020 Not everyone would be comfortable exporting registry stuff. The option from the linked thread above, is a config file readily found in Aslain's folder in WoT's folder. And then the LoadInf program. Quote
KeyBall Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 I agree. My first approach was with LOADINF tool. Then when I investigated that installer it's more convinient for me to use registry. Maybe for other tankers it'll also be useful. Actually, many people use regedit. 1 Quote
