I saw this and don't know the mods name, it puts an X on gun sight after fire for a few seconds showing a hit the fads away.

It's probably called "Hit Marker" or something like that. It's showing that you hit your target.

It goes orange when there's a fire to let you see that you started a fire without needing to look at the tank.
