coloured damage panels over names how do i remove is it a panel ?

 how do i remove the large coloured damage panels form over the names. I have tried loading different panels but the large coloured health/damage panel will not go

It's a WoT setting, not a mod.

Open the WoT settings menu, General tab, look in the left side of the options there.
