"Little Helper Collection" prevents tactical view and commander camera...

I had to uninstall my mods multiple times and painstakingly install them one at a time to find the culprit, and it's the "Little Helper Collection"!! No idea why it would cause this bug, but when I install this mod the newly added in battle 'commander camera' and extra zoom out (tactical view) no longer work! Please fix this as it is very frustrating. I'm not sure if this is the only mod that causes it, but as soon as I uninstalled it the new camera modes worked fine.

little helper collection has its own zoom out function (options are in the garage, right bottom corner)

 

even when disabled the new default zoom out functions are not working, not sure if that is intended or not, i need to ask that first.

Try new modpack.
