Tried to reproduce it, and no issues, can change mentioned consumables without problems, same mods like you have installed.

thanks for the video, this made it very clear what the issue is.
could not recreate it myself, tried multiple things.

never seen such a issue before, weird part is that only the skorpion is affected.

I still can not change consumables from the 105-Octane tro the chocolate with English client.

Cannot really help you more here, you can start removing mods 1 by 1 if you suspect mods.

I tried change the position of 105-Octane from the left to center and also right. but, 15Octane is still the left position.
