mod wont open after download

i love this mod and for some reason all versions of the new downloads wont run when downloaded ..

have you any idea why

Hard to know... you aren't given much info...

 

Are you not getting any error messages or something at all?

 

Look at your anti-virus software, maybe that is blocking it?

ive tried disabling my anti virus ...no joy

 

basicaly i goto the wot mods , download the file , click on the file ... nothing comes up , no error , no message it just refuses to open it , ive tried running as admin it still wont open
