OTM & Minimap issues

I have no minimap mods except images with tank class positions
I have no OTM mods
I have none of the XVM section options
I only have PogS icons, some effects (stun, dmg) removers, a few garage tweaks, and a sound pack.

Yet:
NO changes to OTMs that I do in WoT Settings are reflected in actual OTMs
I can see PogS icons in OTM with Alt
I can't see player's names (again, regardless of settings)
I can't see player's names on minimap with Alt

Seems to be a bug for me;

could you attach logs, here it will explain how to get/make them. (mainly red text)

Attach xvm.log, it's missing. Also attach some proofs, show on screenshot what is not working and how it occurs. I'm pretty sure there is a mistake on your side, modpack is working fine.
