engine& gun sounds

not sure the reason, Aslains_WoT_Logs.zipbut I can't seem to get any of the engine or gun sound mods to work. either I have no engine or gun sounds or they are so quiet you can barley hear them

Maybe delete everything in c:\Games\World_of_Tanks_NA\Aslain_Modpack\DL_cache\ and reinstall the modpack. Make sure you are installing and playing on admin accoun,t

reinstalled. how do you run and play as a admin?

You must be logged in windows on administrator account.

no sounds at all after the new install

 

my windows is an admin account

fury crew sounds work, ambient sounds work

You said you have reinstalled, but have you deleted what I said?

 

Check your volume sliders too...

 

I have installed same mods as you have selected and I can hear both gun and engine sounds from the mod. Maybe check your antivir too.

yes i deleted the entire folder, volume sliders all 100%. not sure what else to check...

just tested the same config and it works fine for me.

if you follow the steps explained above it should also work for you.

i only have 1 thing to add, when you just installed sound mods and start the game for the first time
always press restart on this screen.



not sure what else it could be atm, could be a specific tank that is just not in the mod or are you also playing different tanks (or watch tanks when dead)? but i am thinking it is more a issue on your side.
you can test (most) sound mods in replay if needed

last few similar complains where solved by
1 had wrong pathfile, did installed mods incorrect
other did not had correct admin rights
and anti virus can block it.

playing a wide range of tanks. it's only some of the sound mods (gnome) war... the other mods from the modpack are working so the path should be correct. and they were working last week. seems odd.
