Is it Illegal if someone shouts my IP to the public? So far it gives traces of being yes. I need answers quickly.

Giving your IP to public without your permission is illegal, you may lawsuit this person, I belive. You should confirm this however, with some lawyer or something.

Probably not.

Most fora make their users responsible for what is posted, so you could go against the poster in any case (granted it's illegal or against the terms of the forum).

 

I would contact a mod there at least and see what they have to say about it.

Probably not. Exactly what is the situation though? Depending on the exact circumstances, you may or may not be able to get something done about it.
