Unable to change commanders and critical error on game exit

With v13.2.0 #12, I am getting a critical error message upon exiting the game.

Also, worse yet, I cannot change my commanders. With all mods removed the error message and commander problem are resolved.  

Update: By removing Commander Perks or one of the crew mods (did several) it fixed my issues.

Might be due to one of the Ollin's mod. Wait for new modpack, maybe it will work there for you.
