New Garage Mods

Rita's Status Report has two new garage mods from May 3rd.

"Quiet Beach" and "TankFest"

As per usual I can't get the files to behave and load up properly in game no matter where I drop them. 

Could it be possible to get these as part of the WoT mods pack?

I'm not sure if Wargaming's "Berlin V-day" garbage mod is overriding what I'm trying to do, but it would be awesome if they could be added to the pack.

I'm waiting for 9.15, before introducing them, need to verify if all will work fine there after release.
