armor calc in wrong place

as title  , u can see the armor calculation is  behind the other icons at bottom of screen, can someone tell me how I can move it up and where to locate the config file?

 

and what the hell is the thick  blue  line ??

You must have low screen resolution. 

 

Try to edit and play with settings in res_mods\0.9.15.0.1\gui\scaleform\ElementArmorPanelSettings.xml

 

        <ordinateWhenTank>0.80</ordinateWhenTank>

        <ordinateWhenTD>0.70</ordinateWhenTD>

my resolution is 1366x768 .

 managed to move it , although  i put it right in centre of crosshair lol ,   just got to put in right number and test where it goes  untill i get right place
