Player Panel BADoBEST v2 and Minimap w/ ship names

Unable to hit the wheel on the panel to open the settings.
Also the minimap is creating some weird issue with the range numbers, it's not displayed.
Please fix these issues.

v5.16.1 #01 (28-12-2016):
- re-added Smoke Counter
- re-added the text mods (gun calibers in inches, romanization of ship names)
- re-added Historical Naval Ensigns (Flags) in 2k HD
- added Detailed Damage Indicator [read mod description!]

 

As for the minimap issue:

        Minimap with ship names
            Display customized minimap circles (uncheck it)

This was added specificaly for users that wanted to see original game circles on enhanced minimap mod  It was some added quite some time ago

Yes, but this mod has changed since last WG update, it's totaly new mod now, hence Read mod description info, I put there into that this mod may crash.
