Hmm hard to say what is going on in theory, but you did mention some DLC, so maybe you failed to download, or download was corrupted or idk.... There is no reason that installer is so selective, also never happened to me before.

Wow 400MB both? Where do you download it from? You know you have corrupted your res/audio that manual installing way, since now every time you use the installer it will copy your modified sound files to res_mods and adds the other mods you selected = havoc.... Never install directly to res/audio/ unless you know what you are doing. Hope you have a backup of res/audio/

The installer is working as intended, but not on your PC. I have no more info for you, other than that it is a local issue, since I cannot reproduce it on my production PC.

Try to disable event hangar in wot tweaker section.

To nie nowy ale stary instalator, bez v1. Sciagnij nowy instalator, ten blad wczoraj naprawilem po paru zgloszeniach ludzi.

I very don't recommend to use default icons, this is very problematic and unfriendly and uncompatible option, and will mess around many things with some combination. I'm thinking to remove this option once for good. Sorry.
