Think I remember one time in the past, when it worked, then it was limited to RU only. The maker is from RU and he doesn't care too much for the other regions I guess.

I cannot achieve this in Tank Icon Maker for WoT, that's why the star is gone, and the tier is highlighted with some kind of aura when tank is premium/special The star is gone for like two years now. WoWs icons are being made in the old fashion way - manualy, it takes a lot of time to create.

Yes I found the reason in python.log Its your antivir or firewall.

Attach all required logs. Antivir or firewall blocking the mod to connect with internet when it fails, the game fails too

Fajnie by bylo jakby ktos zrobil, ale nie spotkalem sie na razie. Generalnie malo modow dzwiekowych dla WoWs jest, glownie jakies ruskie, i to robione przez ich dziewczymy i zaloge, ale no i sa tez jakies Kancolle czy inne Anime, gdzie krzycza po japońsku, i tyle.

Fixed, reinstall the modpack with option to clean up dlc folder.

Good, reinstalling and clearing a cache is always a good idea when you have nothing else to do, to fix it.

It's quite possible you fixed all these issues by selecting proper installation method. What you had before was XVM with non-xvm antimirror files, they are in conflict with each other, hence many different problems with buttons, mirroring and what not.

Cannot find a working version for 9.16.

Try to set top clan icons to 0 on the xvm profile page, then install the icons again, maybe will help you.
