Did you read what it says in your screenshot? "With auto-renewal for clients"... aka, you don't need to buy it. ZJ has been doing the whole limited time working deal for ages... and keeps updating the limited timer each time. And if the day ever comes that he stops doing that.. there are other OTM reload mods to use instead. :)

It's fairly safe to say that it's very likely the behavior of the installer (the way it merges files, when you select several settings using the same config files) and cleaning up the old stuff, downloading DLC files, and such, that triggers the scans :)

Ah, there is a python.log, though it's not directly in the WoWs directory, it's here: World of Warships\profile

Aslain assembles mod packs, he doesn't create every single mod that is in his pack. If he says you need someone to make such a mod - then he can't do it.

Hm - sounds a bit like you need to start the game using the Launcher, and not directly from the WoT executable... Start the World of Tanks Launcher, and let the game update.

Yeah, as Aslain said, majority were already labeled for NA/SEA/ASIA prior to this whole "EU wants to be special" deal. :P WG EU needs to stop their whole "We'll ban whoever we want" and make a list instead.

In the WoT garage, you should have a mod settings button in the lower right corner, where the notification center is.
