If that file is before the sound system changed in WoT, it'll need major rework... The files are from 2013, so I'm guessing they won't work. We'll see what Aslain says

Go to \World of Tanks\Aslains_Custom_mods\ and create a proper file there, see the readme file in the folder. That'll get installed at the end each time, overwriting what is already there. So you can keep your own stuff.

"SPGHUNTER" - yeah. It's not from the modpack, he put that into the game himself.

Check my signature, the TL;DR version is: You'll find "Aslains_WoWs_Logs_Archiver.exe" in the main folder, run that, and attach the zip file created (Remember to do it after installing the version of the modpack that didn't work for you (newest one I assume) since attach logfiles from the working one you have, won't be much help in solving your issues )

There are 10 links to download the World of Tanks modpack, and 8 links to download the World of Warships modpack - are none of them working for you?...

Most of the climbs were removed from the game. And "Trajectory" was removed due to being bugged as well.

There should also be a section of each of his mods in the installer saying "WITH EKSPOINT AD" or something like that.. it's just showing that link on login screen, and on the settings/exit game screen.

Just dont click it, lol. Its a link shown because you selected one or more ekspoint mods in the modpack.
