yep. Normal resolutions and scaling are no effects, maybe.

So I suggest the caution about custom resolution and scaling is written in the section of Battle Observer.

I'm using custom window resolution (3200x2000) and custom UI scaling (1.600000).

I remember Battle Observer has the problem with UI scaling. so maybe That is the

fundamental problem, I think.

Removing Battle Observation and up to date (#12) modpack seems to work fine.

It feels more at transitioning from garage to battle starting.

It occurs randomly I guess.

I try to remove Battle Observation.

The drivers are up to date maybe. (At least Graphic Driver is so.)

Windows is up to date, too.

I resoleve he problem of UI scaling feature.

I wrote settings directly in "preferences" file. Now, It works fine for me.

Great! It works correctly and perfectly!

The installer doesn't hung without locale changes. and PP configs are enabled. (see screenshot. press L.Alt-key)

BTW, The reason why Goha.ru skin doesn't visible is files are broken.

Probably, as I said, "the server stops transfer" issue. (see screenshot. the file size is small, right?)

I suggest DLC files should be checked. (hash or something.)

This sed can use the option "-Wctype=UTF8".

Unfortunatly, it doen't work.

Without PP configs, it works. (See attached logs.)

hmm... I was watching Task Manager, "sed.exe" hangs. "patch.exe" works.

Could you use only "patch.exe" for PP configs?

The config files should written with Unicode maybe.

Does "sed.exe" just use for PP config?

If not so, I guess PP config files have some problems.

Because;

1. It is weird to block a specific execute file (sed.exe). Should ANY excute files(patch.exe etc.) blocked by something? Or is it an usual problem?
2. Until "v.9.15.1.1.10", The installer works fine perfectly and completely. You "added few options to XVM's PP section" @ "v9.15.1.1.11".

If so, I re-investigate my PC environment.

Anyway, I disable PP config option of the installer for the time being. (Of course, I will try to enable it with the latest installer once.)

Can you provide the latest your XVM config file?
