XVM stats for for player do not show up

No matter what selection I choose, I cannot get the xvm player stats to work.

So you went in https://modxvm.com/en/ and selected what is marked in the picture?

Also I don't have the Players stat's activated but you have to choose that too to get them stats visible.

Have you tried the new version of modpack? Because like Quaksen wrote. In your xvm log it says the service isn't active. And if you have tried new pack and its still not working new logs are required.

It's also worth to clean up XVM cache in %appdata%, in case it got corrupted.

Last 2 days my xvm services will not stay activated.  Seems like every time I play a game they are turned off somehow.  The end result is I cannot get stats in game
