I have restarted router my internet is working I have tried restarting the update. at this point I just dont know what this is about I can sure you I have working internet at the moment. thought I'd let you know. I clicked next continued anyway and all the mods seem to be in order and working. just let me know if there is any information I can provide you that would help you to fix this bug or if it even is a bug Quote

You need to show which file it is that is display when you get the error message.. move the download filed window out of the way, and screenshot the failing filename, please. Quote
