WoT ModPack v1.9.0.2 #05 --- Tank view not switching to view others after death.

I've noticed it after last two modpacks, after death view stays locked on my dead tank and Left click or right click does not follow another player.

I had the same issue last night and had to exit the game then log back in to fix it.  It even showed my tank's cursor, but notified me I couldn't shoot because my vehicle was destroyed.

Plus sometimes the hole game close down.

I changed the gun sight and the problem went away, played all day yesterday with no problems.     Still have the problem.
