Missing Aslain and XVM functions

I have an up-to-date WoT and latest Aslains, but some of my features are not showing up.

1.  Return crew

2. Win 8

3.  3 tiered garage

 

Just to name a few.  Can someone in administration give me some suggestions on how to correct this?  Do I need to delete Aslains and reinstall?  Thanks.

Without logs and screenshots it's not possible to help you (see my post signature link).

 

btw. Make sure you are installing and playing as admin.

Thank you for your response.  I've attached the Aslains WoT Logs Archiver (I hope this is what you meant.)  Also attached are  two screenshots: one of the beginning of the game countdown showing no colors or information on the two teams; and two, a shot of the beginning of the game showing no Win8 info, return crew, custom hit points indicator, etc.   As far as I can tell, none of the Aslains/XVM mods I selected and installed are present.

I'm not sure of what you mean about installing and playing as administrator.  How do I check this?

Thank you again.  Sorry to be a bother, but I've been using Aslains for several years and had not had an issue like this.

OK, I ran the program as administrator, but the result was the same.  See attached screen shots.  Still no three-tiered garage or info.  Same for the battle screen.

Attach proper file with logs, you attached windows shortctut link to your desktop, leading to the program that is creating logs.

I did, however, find these two folders.  But they don't seem to be "logs".

At the top of this forum there is a stickied post that explains how to do this. Note for you that this will be _NA rather than _EU as you are using the North American client:

 

If the archiver won't work properly for you, please attach following files, from that example paths:

Thanks for your response.  I uninstalled Aslains and XVM; then reinstalled both.  Now most things seem to work.  I do have a couple of things I cannot get corrected.  First, the Win8 function is not working.  Is it having issues?  Second, I am having difficulty setting up the battle screen.  I am getting large red and green bands of color that are obscuring the field of view.  I've run the mod installer four times, trying to find the setting that's causing this problem.  Attached is a screen shot.  Any ideas how this can be fixed??  Thanks.

the HP bars on the player panel can be turned off in the ingame settings, first page right side halfway somewhere.



did you enabled anonymizer? or try to login on the xvm website (reset all tokens on xvm site can help sometimes)
xvm must read WN8 before it can calculate the team WN8

Thank you!  I do not use the anonymizer setting, so I will login on the xvm site and try to reset all tokens.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I succeeded in resetting the panel choice inside the game client and it fixed the issue!

 

I reset the win8 tokens, but nothing changed.  Did it a second time and nothing happened.  So I'm stumped.  Any thoughts?
