question on tech tree

So I use the tech tree mod that allows you to see all the ships in the game and ones that aren't available anymore, but when I click on one it shows I can buy it for doubloons am I actually allowed to buy these ships or will I get banned for it?

As the mod description says, it's just allows you to see those ships, you will never be able to buy them via the tech-tree mod.
