Incorrect mods being installed

The mods that I select are not being installed.  Well, some mods are being installed, e.g., Jimbo's crosshairs, autoaim+, and some of the minimap items, but others, e.g., silhouettes, et al, are not being installed and unselected mods are being installed, e.g., tank spotted icons, platoon icons.

According to the logs you attached, you haven't selected the silhouettes for example.

Lets try that again.  I've added more options.  This time there was an error message during installation.  In the garage, the two-row carousel is not applied. 

 

In battle, the correct silhouettes are not being displayed.  The clan icons are placed over the silhouettes.  The enemy spotted markers (light bulb) is being displayed although I did not select it.

Permission denied, the issue lays in your PC, check it, check AV software, user permissions etc.

I have forced subfolders to inherit permissions of the res_mods folder.

I have verified that the folder in question is inheriting the correct permissions.

I excluded the install file and the res_mods folder from antivirus protection.

I even turned off the antivirus.

 

I am still getting the same error message.
