has the arty line been nerfed

I was just wondering if anyone noticed if they nerfed the arty again?  seems like every arty gun I have for relaod time has slowed way down and the aiming circle seems to take for ever just wondering if anyone seen this

Pretty sure they haven't touched arty in a very very VERY looooooooooooong time.

 

They'll be touched when the global rebalance comes, or whatever fancy words WG calls it.

As an arty only player, I can say for certain that arty has not been nerfed basically since version 8.6 a couple of years ago. Everything is just fine and dandy over here on the Dark Side.
