Premium Shop down?

Is it me or is the premium shop down for long?

 

I just want to buy a little bit of gold to swap some equipment round on my tanks

This message makes me think you are knocking on the door and they are not fully dressed yet.

I think the issue with me not getting access is my ISP are there any really clever people out there who can guide this old techno phob on how to get round this - I have heard you can use a proxy? 

 

Any advice?

I would try using a VPN, a virtual private network, and see if that solves your problem.  You can get free versions of some to try and see if it solves your problem.  Keep in mind that normally a VPN means slower downloads/internet connections, so you may not want to play the game on a VPN.  Your lag time may be higher than you like.  But, the VPN should allow you to visit the premium shop even if your isp is blocking it from you.  If you are being blocked by your isp, then I would contact them and ask for it to be unblocked.  But, I understand that may be a waste of time if you are with Comcast etc.

 

Personally, here in Germany, I use Avira Phantom VPN.  The have a free version that you can try.  https://www.avira.com/en/avira-phantom-vpn
