MythMod Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 (edited) Hi Aslain, not sure if it is a bug ("Issues & bug reporting") or intended behaviour ("Requests")?!? Since some ModPackVersions my Hitlog/Damage Log was displayed this way: ...after some test&trial....: ....and finally I found the settings so that the damage log and hitlog are like desired (selected settings below): Is there a reason why the Hit Log / Damage Log settings need to be done in two different settings sections ? Is there a reason why the "Hide central feedback" cannot be enabled 'standalone' / without also enabling a "Damage Log GambitER" setting? Moderator Quaksen Posted October 24, 2016 Moderator Posted October 24, 2016 Central Feedback is something added by GambitER Damage Log - so that's why it's not selectable without it. You don't need it without it. And the XFT you show.. one is a HIT LOG, the other is a DAMAGE LOG... two different things. Quote

Yeah, noticed this while doing test&trial ..... but why are the 'XFT Damage Log' not in the section "--------------------[Damage Log Settings]-----------------" (see leftsided screenshot)?? Moderator Quaksen Posted October 24, 2016 Moderator Posted October 24, 2016 Because it's a HIT LOG, and not a DAMAGE LOG... They're two different things. Putting a HIT LOG in the DAMAGE LOG section would be very confusing. And if you're trying to use the "hide central feedback" to hide the vanilla WoT stuff, just deselect the WoT stuff in the WoT settings menu. (The death message shown in the right side of your screenshot.) Quote
MythMod Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 Oh sorry ...for this question the green arrows are a little bit confusing/misleading ... the green arrows should just show that those settings are somehow related. And I am speaking of putting the 'XFT Damage Log' into the "--------------------[Damage Log Settings]-----------------" and NOT into "----------[Hitlog settings]-------" kind regards Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted October 24, 2016 Moderator Posted October 24, 2016 The XFT damage log is in the damage log section The XFT hit log is in the hit log section Quote

Section "----------[Hitlog settings]-------" only contains the two settings "Default damage log XVM team" and "Move logs to the right to fit vanilla logs". Edited October 24, 2016 by MythMod Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted October 24, 2016 Moderator Posted October 24, 2016 XVM Hitlog Settings in your screenshot contains 5 items. XVM Damage Log Settings in your screenshot contains 2 items. Non-XVM Damage Logs section in your screenshot contains 14 items. Yes? Quote
MythMod Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 (edited) ....just confusing .... ...Hitlog(XFT) --> XVM-setting.... ...Damage Log(XFT) --> Non-XVM setting Thanks for explanation and patience! Edited October 24, 2016 by MythMod Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted October 24, 2016 Moderator Posted October 24, 2016 Hehe The left side screenshot shows the XVM related settings, and the right side screenshot shows the non-XVM section and it's Damage Logs section. It's done like that to keep XVM and non-XVM selections seperated That's why there's two damage log sections Quote

I had to split it up like this, to provide compatibility for non-xvm mods Quote
