Stickied FPS tutorial thread is empty

Hi, i wanted to see a fps guide here http://aslain.com/index.php?/topic/13-0916-aslains-xvm-mod-modpack-installer-wpicture-sound-preview/

but the first post is empty.

I have a problem that sometimes fps drops from 100+ to 20 or so for a 5-6 seconds. I couldn't find specific cause or pattern, seems to be during explosions or when skulls of dead tanks pop up.

I just want to know which mods to disable, i don't want to disable all of them.

I have i5 oced to 4,5 and 1070 gtx and without this bug play at 100+ fps. But it's so annoying. 

No other programms or antivirus running at the time, without WoT process - sytem iddling process is 99% 24/7

Can someone help me list most crushing fps mods so i can delete them? Thanks in advance
