Problem with T62A Milkym4n's reskin (Battle-hardened), Crashes upon viewing the model in garage or joining a game with the specific tank in the battle.

Hello Aslain,

I have an issue with one of the remodels from Milkym4n, its the T62A specifically where if I have the "T-62A Remodel (Battle-Hardened)" Skin installed I experience issues with my current setup where it crashes with the following Python log entry:

2017-05-23 22:28:48.723: CRITICAL: [Exception] [Compound] Failed to load model vehicles/remodels/russian/ZR02_T90A/normal/lod0/Chassis.model! Compound building failed!

Removing this remodel fixes the problem, however on a sidenote I had the same with the T110E5 in one occurance however it was not as persistent as the T62A issue (Reloading the game would resolve the issue when joining a battle).

Do you know if this is known or if it has something to do with my setup?

Thanks in advance!

And I just have to say that this modpack is great! It makes the game much better with the collection to choose from :)

Going by the T90A in the error name, you're installing two remodels, for the same tank (the T-62A Battle Hardened + T90A for the T-62A)

Hello Quaksen,

Thanks for the quick reply!,

I thought about the same but I made sure in my tries to fix it myself that it wasn't a double model installation, none of the T90A is marked as an installation unless there is a hidden property in the installation.

Please see the screenshot of my installation setup on the models in the attachments.

What I discovered was that during my investigation the error:

2017-05-23 22:28:48.723: CRITICAL: [Exception] [Compound] Failed to load model vehicles/remodels/russian/ZR02_T90A/normal/lod0/Chassis.model! Compound building failed!

Has the string line from the script file: res_mods\0.9.18.0\scripts\item_defs\vehicles\ussr\R87_T62A.xml

Line 135: <undamaged>vehicles/remodels/russian/ZR02_T90A/normal/lod0/Chassis.model</undamaged>

The error is similar to the one I mentioned on the one time occurrance with the T110E5 when loading into a battle. This has happened rarely.

Ah. It's very likely related to:

Aslain will have to look into that..
