Classbar and Ribbon positioning

Hi.
Wanted to change the position of these MODs, where do I find them?
Is it possible to create more space between the class bar HP panel?

For the ribbons... not sure how you'd move them down.

 

No idea about the mod you used for the top

The above is Class Panel 2.0.
But I'll mess with it, kinda cluttered on top there.
