Its XVM I think. 5681 changelog says there is a fix

One thing that can cause this is ATS and BRR for Active Dossier Uploader. Do not install them and the game will load properly. If they are already installed, you can uninstall them from ADU, if ATS and BRR are green in the ADU window they are installed, click on each of them and they should turn red indicating that they are not installed. Phalynx at vBaddict is aware of the problem but he says that he will not be home to fix it until Monday.

Goto World_Of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.15\gui\flash and delete advanced.swf problem should be solved.

There's no reason it works and then stops other than something is corrupting the data (virus/hdd errors) or something is blocking (antivirus/spyware) Try disabling your Antivirus or Antispyware

Found the issue with garage stuck loading Goto World_Of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.15\gui\flash and delete advanced.swf problem solved. not sure what the file is used for but WOT works

Hi Well, had to rethink. As it is set now its called "blindarea". It ignores anything beyond 445. Its a noobsetting so players dont think they can spot beyond 445. So whats the point of having 475 with binocs? You will spot tanks easier when they enter your 445 radius, it "takes away" some of the enemy tanks camo value. To be honest you dont need so many circles, keep it simple.
