That tank icons look like J1mbo contour icons, which I have in the modpack.

I doubt that it's from mods. Check your hardware and drivers.

Unable to reproduce it, no errors in log too.

On which tank? Try to reinstall the modpack with option to clean DL folder.

It depends on the mod, if you cannot hear them in the menu then it's not possible. Maybe in future the author of this mod will update it and you will be able to hear the music there.
