Looks like my update checker failed on you, it won't affect the game, something there is blocking it for connecting to internet, migth be antivir or firewall.

It was fixed in modpack #02

Reinstall the modpack and select option to clean DL cache folder.

I will look at that Hud mod problems today.

My installer cannot do what you described, it's impossible, you better check your PC with an antivir or ask an IT guy for checkup.

@djdalton It's most likely a false-positive, a very common false alert on the sites with ads. Adly is not providing viruses and such. You should ignore the ads and wait for skip ad button anyway, and totaly ignore what you see in the ad box.

I'm using XVM for that (sounds.xc), in 1.0 I had to alter that file, so it works again, because like you said the 1.0 broke the old way to play the reload sounds.

How often do you crash and when? In your logs is couple of errors from the XVM sight, maybe try to play without it for a while.

Same here, no issues with this link, was able to download the installer pretty fast and without any interruptions.
