Still can't click equipment and ammo loadouts and daily missions in garage with mouse

I 'm on version 1:16.1.0 #16 of Aslain mod and still can't click on equipment , ammo loadouts and daily missions in garage using my mouse. When I switch to safe mode everything works fine. No change after doing CHECK AND REPAIR. Please help with what data I have to forward for possible solution and how to forward it. Thank you.

Specifically: 

- Run special application: >> Aslains_WoT_Logs_Archiver.exe << (which can be found in the game installation folder  or as shortcut on your windows desktop) it will create Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip file, attach that file to your thread, it's mandatory !!! I don't need any other logs, only that particular zip file. Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip can be found in game folder inside Aslains_Modpack directory.

Attach logs, do you install any UI Scale mod? Uninstall such mod.
