I doubt it has anything to do with any sort of client problem - it's working just fine for EU/NA/RU ASIA -> Modpack for 0.9.17.0 #03 is the latest modpack for ASIA, and it's very unlikely it'll see any more updates. 1 Quote

Hmmm, I can try prepare special modpack that will install to 9.17.0 for you, but cannot guarantee all mods will work. Quote
