removed all port mods and it's now working fine after further trial and error, I determined it is the "Banner switcher / campaigns in port" mod that is causing the problem

od dawien dawna przy kazdej wiekszej aktualizacji WG daje problemy z czatem w garazu , klanowym, dzwiekami , widokiem czolgow (zazwyczaj widzisz czolg w srodku ) i paroma innymi tego typu udziwnieniami. W mikrolatce to naprawia zapewne dodajac kolejne problemy :)
