Removed all mods but Arty Log and Friends Marker and it still happens, so there is something wrong with them.

You haven't select any repair timer mod - there is one in XVM addons, but you would have to install XVM too. The Damage Panel repair counter might be in certain damage panels or might be not, it changes quite often but maybe try Shtys in example.

Have you activated for sure? On this screenie Activate button is not greyed, means you have to click on it. If you already did, and still nothing then check if you are logged in proper account and region on xvm page. Oldskool cannot reproduce this bug, there is a chance that one of your mods is causing Oldskool's mod to fail.

Have you tried to switch crosshair type in the game menu? It should be set to Type 1.
