The ad domains changes every few weeks, sometimes antivirs don't like new domains....

Too me it looks like the installer didn't install it for you. You got a special default config prepared by me, but without changes, that should have been made by the installer, also my icons weren't unpacked to res_mods from my 7z, that's also installers job. Must say it's not a installer bug, it's still something in your window. Are you sure about your antivir? Tripe check it, stuff like windows defender too. Logs archiver failed on you is a proof for this. (not necessarily antivir, but problem lays in your pc definitely)

Hmmm could you include mods folder too, it's missing, to have a full picture.

Show your logs too, maybe there'll be something conclusive.

I suggest to contact WG support if this happens in safe mode too.

Try to reinstall the modpack with option to Clean DL folder, might help in case of corrupted downloads.

By the way what is frequency of occurence with that problem? Ultimately try without XVM at all.

There is confirmed bug with: Visual Camo Net, try without it. Your logs looks rather good.

You should launch special app that will generate logs, don't search for individual logs. App name is aslains_logs_archiver .....exe. Where do you see this error, in windows? Could you show it on screenie?

Stick to one topic with this issue. Don't create new ones. In the modpack you didn't select any stats on tank carousel. Hence no stats on tank carousel.

Still, looks like a game bug to me.
