It can be a game bug too.... Try without mods.

Are you installing mods not from the modpack? I see errors from the soundinjector, and something about oldcalibers.json - I don't have such mod, so it must be it. Remove mods that are not from my modpack before reporting problems.

Sounds instead of crew boices and Remove annoying... are not working together, they change same file, one mod will overwrite another. It was always like that, and is not limited to just to this mod.

You are installing Spielerpanel Pro von CHAMPi, it has a menu in garage where you can select position of various elements including the spotting icons. Mods changes in time, WG adding stuff + elite removes does own stuff, it's hard to predict the outcome 🙂

A to wlasnie porzenosi kompas w okolice celownika, wszystko dziala zgodnie z zalozeniami.

Nie w modpacku, w garażu w grze 🙂 Licznik zmyslu ma swoje menu w garazu na dole po prawej, i tam wylaczasz, ustawiasz itd.
Sorry że angielskie screenie, ale akurat miałem tak włączone, no i tam sobie ustawcie, albo wybierzcie ikonke z tego menu champiego, wtedy w modpacku ikonkę odznaczcie, albo tutaj odznaczcie na powyższym screenie Show image.

Are you sure it's a modpack HP circles not the game HP circles? WG added minimap HP circles couple years ago. You can disable it in the game options.
If problem persist :
Attach normal screenshots, png or jpg, not documents it's not safe and easy to handle.
Attach screenshots of your game settings.
Attach logs generated by the logs archiver as in guide from my signature link.

I wish they would be auto-installed next time they are fixed/updated, but it's not possible unfortunately. You have to track changelog, and in new modpack select them again manually.

You can try to reset all mods by deleting preferences.xml, but it will also reset game settings. Maybe move this file to safe place and check if you have Team HP panels back.

You can always manually search this file (appears after 1st installation, in your case you could install empty modpack then make selections based on this file):
Games\World_of_Warships\Aslain_Modpack\Components_List.txt
This mods name is Pingometer, if you are serching for FPS, you will find the fps section in Tweaker only.
