  1. Don't think it's possible at all, probably because the training room by default is turned off for the game, it's a small toggle in their config file that enables it. Who knows why it's like that... only WG probably
  2. That's what we used to have, pretty much... the old tier 8 arties, are the current tier 10 arties, if I'm not mistaken? Anyways, if the current changes go through, then arties will have a much harder time. Since for one, they're completely changing them. And another thing: They can no longer go into platoons. At all?.. At least that's how I understood it. RIP playing with friends.

  6. Yeah, I'm not sure it works on ammo either. I use that option that changes the default from gold to credits on all ammo/consumables.

The General Discussion section might be better, since it's not a request for the modpack or to include a mod So moved it there, no worries about that at all As for advice on mods, I guess it depends on what you play, otherwise most of the helpful things are already in the game itself, with mods just adding a bit here and there. If you play artillery, the Battle Assistant is nice (and something that'll be included into WoT itself in the next update, unless I misunderstood something) Otherwise I would just recommend having a look over the mod list in the installer, seeing if there's something that catches your eye

  14. No issues here using ADU with the ATS mod installed, not sure what's up with yours.. maybe outdated ATS or something, or incomplete/broken file, try to delete it and have ADU install it again.
  15. A message about restarting the game, so that the banks work or something like that? Not sure which mod it is... it is required by one or more though.
  16. It does give an advantage, but as with everything WG related, they're really weird when it comes to that. Some they'll allow, others they'll forbid. Best example is World of Tanks. Minimap Tankview mod... the mod that shows on minimap every aiming direction from enemies. It was not allowed before the Fair Play Policy. Then comes the Fair Play Policy, and they allow such a mod. Weird, isn't it?... But I guess Navigator is in the same box as that... allowed, even though it provides advantage. (Pretty sure Navigator is in the "official" WoWs modpack too)

  19. You have most likely set the tanks as reserve, and thus hidden them when you install XVM. Check the reserve filter. Or go into: %AppData%\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\xvm\tankcarousel And delete "reserve.dat". As for your minimap, you didn't select the option, according to the logs.
  20. As it says "full ship names".... He might have included both versions, but I didn't check. "Added "full" version which displays full ship names warning this will push the margin considerably, it's advised to use the "short" version."
  21. Hehe no, I'm not a big arty player but I do know that playing arty, you're guaranteed to see other arty. So obviously a platoon of light + 2 arty, should guarantee meeting 2 arties, and increase chances of meeting 3. Ah well. I'll worry about those missions eventually.. first I need to actually get back into playing random battles

Yeah, sometimes the variation is a bit crazy - but - most of the time it's not THAT terrible - just requires adjusting playstyle - and requires teamwork - something that should be in the game, but many people just do their own thing, ignoring the team, and well - they usually have red stats Funny thing is that they feel tank destroyers are strong, so they limit them like SPG and lights.. But a bunch of mediums vs a bunch of heavy tanks can be unbalanced too. Ah well - this is Wargaming we're talking about... the company that just recently released a series of patches, first going to .01, then .02, then .03, and back to .01 because the others didn't work properly. (World of Warships)
  23. At least it was possible, and made the missions easier, I doubt that 3 arties in a match will be common. Heh, yeah... purple platoon vs red will be such "fun" They're changing tank destroyer distribution too - which could mess with the missions to damage those - but we'll see when they release, of course.
  24. The most "fun" changes with the matchmaker will be: Imagine 3-man tier 10 platoon, being the only tier 10's, rest will be tier 9 and 8. Yeah..... And changes till matchmaker will also screw some Personal Missions... they are changing the arty ones based on arty changes.. but what about missions that are also dependant on the matchmaker - such as killing/damaging multiple arty in a game... reduction to 3 as max, will make those harder, especially the ones to hit/kill 3 arties. Or being tier 8, and having to kill 2 tanks 2 tiers above you (when the max will be 3... and out of those 3, 2 would have to be heavy tanks, and you NEED to kill BOTH)... Yeah, not really looking forward to it - but hopefully they'll change/fix those missions too... eventually... not gonna hold my breath though.
  25. Can just hope that IKU19 changes it, or makes two versions.. especially if the names doesn't really make sense. I could understand it in the case of really long names, but then I'd personally use the short names from WG themselves instead, which probably makes way more sense than "NPTN"
