  1. Not URL's, but just broken text messages. WoT's translation files uses stuff like "finalStatistic/window/title" and then the translation would be "Battle Results" for example.. and whatever else in other languages. Like this; msgid "finalStatistic/window/title" msgstr "Battle Results" I'm guessing WG fucked up. The english files are fine. They are fine in YasenKrasen too, but you don't use that text addon.
  2. It'll work As long as you follow what Ress and me mentioned Ress' post is a good one explaining it.
  3. That's what I said, yeah. Inside "res_mods", and inside the "VERSION" folder, you'd first be making "gui" folder. Then inside that, you'll make "maps", and inside that, "login" - and place your login images there.
  4. In res_mods? Of course not. You'd have to make the folders
  5. Since "battlehits" is part of the 2nd last line, try without; "Battle Hits Viewer"
  6. Press Esc in garage, or the gear in top left. Should be there.
  7. It should be just first time using the mod, the configs aren't touched in the appdata location. I can poke Aslain to have him confirm it
  8. You didn't lose the camo, it was demounted as described for the mod you selected, so you can mount it again and teach the mod what camo goes where. Auxilium, if you kept it checked, would save what camo goes on which tank. If you keep it checked, it'll save those things to it's config file. The demounting is done as a first time use of it.
  9. It's because of the added options yeah.. not sure if it would be fixable - but auto-selecting something based on previous installation, when new stuff is added as sub-options, would be a problem too, since the installer couldn't possibly know which region it should default to
  10. Haha.. numpty - first time I've heard that one That has to be a UK-term. And that does make a lot of sense! Don't worry about it - you aren't the first, or the last, to mix up Battle Observer and Battle Assistant
  11. Hehe Well WG did add their own edition of the same arty view, so that might be what you've been using instead? Weird that you've never seen the message in-garage before.. at least it should be showing in the notification center when starting the game - but it can also be easy enough to miss honestly And yeah it is good/kosher
  12. You have selected the Region Changer mod under Auxilium in the modpack, correct? It's just a guess since you didn't attach the required log files. But that's about the only thing that would empty out your server list.
  13. That mod has been requiring that activation for a looooong time. Did you just start using it? Or did you just never notice it not working before? Kinda curious about that
  14. Make a selection for the region changer mod (sub-option) v1.0.1.1 #18 (06-06-2018):- added options to the region changed in Auxilium branch
  15. Seems a little excessive to make a modpack with just a few people asking about it - ontop of the two already needed maintenance.. but only Aslain can tell for sure
  16. I've noticed that hanging issue too, but at least it doesn't hang more than a simple click to another tank fixes it - kinda weird. It doesn't seem to happen always though either. Gotta love/hate those issues that aren't easily reproduced. Happy tanking out there!
  17. The customization is in the garage menu. Did you check that?
  18. The FAQ on the Steam discussion forums for Warships says this; Q Can I use my Wargaming.net account? A: Unfortunately, not. World of Warships wasn’t initially designed as a cross-platform project. That means that if you've played the game already you would want to keep using the original client. If you log in using Steam, you automatically create a new game account, which binds to your Steam account. Important note: all updates to the game installed using Steam client will also be downloaded and installed through Steam. Same is true for the original client: you can not update a Game Center or launcher installation through Steam and vice versa. The only reason to use the Steam client, is being a brand new user - and in that case - you're stuck using the Steam client.
  19. That's so digusting and sad to hear that it took 7 mails to them before they bothered to check and help out on their end when they have the tools to check such things. Sigh at WG. I'm glad they finally caved and did look into it. Another note on camo, that most people aren't aware of anymore, since WG was so kind as to remove the warning message - some camo earned through clan wars or other such reward camo, get locked/bound to a tank, and can never be put onto another tank again. And as such would have to look at the tank it was bound to, to see it in the 'depot'. (They had this warning before they re-worked the camo system into the 3-piece thing) If you encountered some bug, do make a mention of it, so it can be looked into. And as for keeping a backup of res_mods - remember the "mods" folder as well, or another idea could be to keep the last-working modpack installer around. Sometimes things behave differently on others computers - where one could have no issues, another could have issues.
  20. Ah okay. So all the other camo are there, just the Italian winter camo that has gone missing? That's so bizarre. This post is about Italian tanks too - but a different issue, but figured I'd show you the link anyways; http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/517569-mod-auxilium-autoequip-autocrew-autocamo-autohandbrake-region-changer-and-more/page__st__100__pid__11679377#entry11679377 It's talking about not remembering the camo for the Italian tanks, so he has to set it (I guess mount it?) every time he wants to use the tank. Maybe you could add your Italian tank issue to the thread? (The screenshot I had in mind was in your garage, under exterior, showing the camouflage / lack thereof - up to you of course. If you feel it's a waste of time, don't do it )
  21. The camo should still be there, since it would have been demounted. I don't really know what to say beyond that. You mentioned you were going to take screenshots, entirely up to you if you want to share one of your exterior screen. And yeah, I guess I am a skeptic when it comes to a case such as yours - because I find it hard to believe that things would just vanish like that. Your issue isn't trivial at all. It's a bad issue, if there is such an issue. I do not believe that there was a "corrupt, defective or failure" in the mod in this case, because there has only been one case (yours), when it comes to stuff going completely missing. And I'm pretty sure Aslain feels the same way, or he wouldn't be keeping it around. I endorse Aslain's modpack - no question about that. I cannot speak for the mod "Auxilium" by itself however, I don't know that mod, the functions it provides are useless in my own cases, or providing functions I get from other mods already. (Some mod authors like creating similar/same functions in their mods, PMOD / Battle Observer / Auxilium, and probably others)
  22. Clearly you thought the function of the mod was worthwhile, or you wouldn't have selected it. It's always a good idea to read the description of mods, to see what they might do, or what you might need to do. Why would someone select the mod? Well, if they don't have a lot of camo, and they want it to be automatically moved between tanks. It will create extra work for someone in your case, with 100s of tanks with camouflage. Why the mod removes all of them to start with, is something you'd need to ask ShuraBB, the author of the mod. At this point, you're just angry, and posting angry posts. I get that you're angry, but yelling at me, Aslain, or others, won't solve anything.
  23. Nothing has changed since that day - might be a while before they change anything about it - and if they do - Aslain will be the first to react to it
  24. Modpack has been 100% legal since 8th November 2016. (The day Fair Play Policy was introduced). The FPP legalized that mod for all servers. "Legal: Enemy gun indicators on the minimap: shows direction where enemies within the draw distance are pointing their guns (on the minimap)" Source: http://forum.worldoftanks.asia/index.php?/topic/69622-fair-play-policy-faqs/
