N4cer67 Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Hello, I've activated the XVM service then installed latest Aslain WOT mods but when I enter battles none of the XVM info is showing. Any idea what's going on? Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted April 30, 2018 Administrator Posted April 30, 2018 According to the logs, you haven't activated them: 2018-04-30 00:10:24: [B:002] [BattleLoading] XVM_VERSION=7.5.6 #8293 for WoT 1.0.0.3 gameRegion=NA configVersion=6.1.0 autoReloadConfig=false markers.enabled=true servicesActive=false xmqp=false statBattle=false Quote
onmehedson Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 You need to re-activate xvm every 14 days on their website.... Quote
N4cer67 Posted April 30, 2018 Author Posted April 30, 2018 (edited) I reactivated XVM last night before i installed latest update and played 2 battles before i submitted this ticket. Here's a screen shot from this afternoon showing it's supposedly active. Is there a problem on their end? Edited April 30, 2018 by N4cer67 Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted April 30, 2018 Administrator Posted April 30, 2018 Maybe your XVM cache is corrupted in some way, Close the game delete tokens folder at %appdata%\Roaming\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\xvm\tokens in example C:\user\username\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\xvm\tokens Go to XVM website, click on activate services Launch the game 1 Quote
N4cer67 Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 Aslain, Thanks Buddy. I deleted the XVM folder as you suggested and everything is showing up fine now. Quote
mrcl1701 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 Have the same problem. Tried everything - reinstalled ModPack, activated service at least 10-20 times, deleted token folder and some other folders (xvm, cache) for a short time (2-3 rounds) I could see the colors but then they where gone again and nothing I tried gave me a positive result. What am I missing, what can I do - I really like the colors Quote

See my signature on how to if you don't know how. Quote

See my signature on how to if you don't know how. I have the same problem, this is not Modpack's fault. there is some conflict with server xvm otherwise you can't specify it. The problem when you install modpack ---> occurs The problem when you install the same XVM ---> occurs Quote
Moderator Quaksen Posted December 21, 2019 Moderator Posted December 21, 2019 If it happens with ONLY XVM, nothing else, that's worrying, but I'm sure they'll fix it on their end :) Quote
mrcl1701 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 (edited) Anonymizer is OFF and I tried everything again countless times - no positive result. Also tried your "How-to-do-a-bug-report" and found another problem: your Logs Archiver is NOT working (at some point it says that some file is missing) It created some files which I put into an archive myself (see attachment) - hope it will be enough to help me with my problem edit: found the problem why it stopped working: the "profile" folder is NOT in WOT directory - its been automatically created in "AppData..." Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip Edited December 21, 2019 by mrcl1701 found a problem and corrected it a bit - Archiver file now complete Quote

mrcl1701 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 yes, it is because of the fact that its NOT in WOT directory - this is shown on my end. as I said - copied the folder into the WOT directory and archiver is working as its intended to be. maybe this would be easier fixed than my other problem Quote
BokiDeNiro Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 this update today fixes may be something... my Anonymizer is OF and i have again the XVM InGame States! Quote
mrcl1701 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 still not working here - last thing I can try is deleting everything (game, modpack) and reinstall it Quote
mrcl1701 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 (edited) still not working, also the archiver (had to copy the profiles folder first) here is a new LOG archive Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip edit: after shutting down my computer and getting some sleep a wonder happened - why?
